gomaos Posted December 28, 2006 Share Posted December 28, 2006 (edited) A tea from say, 50 leaves, gives weak trippy effects, pleasant ,but weak.Hence only a small piece of root, perhaps mixed with one's favourite herb, and cooked into a "butter" gives marked effects, i.e. potentiates the other herb a lot.Talking about small pieces of root, say 10 cm long, and 2-3 mm wide... (couldn't find any bigger ones, didn't dig deep enough.As Torsten said elsewhere, don't try a full on iboga dose without sitter, and one must be reasonably healthy for a full-blown dose (which I don't even crave).But small doses of root are nice and effective. t st tantra Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 have some results from collected apocanaceae bioassays......vinca,ervatamia,tabernaemontana,traechlosperma,aspidosperma,voacanga,iboga.general guidelines......fresh seems stronger.....add 1tsp gingko leaf to tea.....6 mature leaves seems the usual amt needed......start with 1/2 leaf smoked. t s t . Herbalistics lists iboga seeds, but won't have any for sale till Spring =(. Good thing though, I think I want to set up a iboga plant in a Hydro setup. So waiting till spring gives me lots of time.
