I of course disposed of them immediately. These things where a clear blue colour, less than half the size of a match head. I had an idea of what they could have been but not sure. The tiny lil red hearts that fell in my hand once were like plastic and if ya didnt know ya wouldnt guess. Seems strange to put desi or fert in a baggie in such a small amount.
