Its not that big a thing these days, I knew one girl who started out as a guy.. nowadays they can even fix the adams apple. Internet makes it even easier, I used to know a guy who upon entering internet adult chats became a wolf.. I never figured out how he typed with wolf paws You can get keyboards these days with massive key's , id imagine that is what is used.
