Yes, a genuine flower on a pereskiopsis. I am as surprised as anyone.

It looks like this today. You can see it is a very old cutting with a large myrtillocactus geometrizans grafted on it. I never saw the flower coming, just walked in and there it was...IMG_0864.thumb.JPG.1904c07a5ebfbb769e288110143499ab.JPGIMG_0865.thumb.JPG.8e73d046aa58d81a664435c09b2fb64d.JPG

First three are the same cross. Just different angles. The last one is obviously a different hybrid and the only one out of that batch that looks like this so... something special in my book.

I am enjoying and looking forward to watching these two grow, the first is a variegated grown from a SG mix of seed and the second is an open pollinated  PC.

Trichocereus peruvianus "Clyde" x Zelly  is perhaps my favorite new eye candy. Picture taken today.

Still, this crazy Chinese nursery is selling those hylo grafts for just 8€ a piece, might have to snag one up.

Congrats Matt! Grab the seeds and give the flesh a nibble, it's a tiny but tasty treat :drool2:
