yummy BogFrog! and what a little scorcher too!

..gna have to replace my crispy baked 'own root' hintonii for a grafted one methinketh ,

Cactus of the week for me is (quelle surprise?) another Trichocereus !!!

... in this case : pachanoi "Riviera"

(i gave it a name because I already have one named "french pachanoi")

and is the first one to make it to my new pad in one pieces

It's a beautiful clone from a friend in France and by sheer chance the 2 closest looking ones ended up finding their way into it's pot and morphed into the exact same clone over a period of just under 2 yrs...

(one of the others was from the same friend and looked completely different at the time it arrived and the smallest was from Germany)

Woah! That things a beast spooge!

Looks like he's eaten too much pudding. :)

Sorry for off topic, but when I just upload straight photos from my phone they always come out sideways. But if I crop just a tiny bit of the photo, they come out sweet. Hopefully maybe this could help you mate?

On my daily cactus appreciation walk today this badboy caught my eye.

Chilensis from fields...

Really need something for size reference in there, photo doesn't do it justice.

I think it is cause your cactus is too big!

Try growing smaller cacti and they might fit on the picture vertically.

The actual reason is cause the forum don't use the rotation flag from your picture

My one for today is this, euphorbia lactea "rainbow form"

IMG_1511.JPG

Are they them poisonous succulents I keep reading about?

milky exudate or something?

I always avoided em after first reading how toxic they may be but wow that's very pretty plant indeed!

what do folks reckon; >? should I change the title to cactus or succulent of the moment?

- or something along those lines?

Hey thunder, I haven't done any research into them but I've seen things about euphorbia poisoning before... I don't know anything about it though, I'm not concerned enough to search...

This one took my eye this morning....

title is fine man, its got 'day' in it, so we can post every day in this thread.

i got a fields chilli Psyentist, yours is bigger than mine, nice plant that one.

can't recall if there are a few plants there, mine looks a bit different to yours, maybe growing conditions etc.....

This pachanoi is one of my faves
