Chiral
Some pics of some of my nicer and funkier cactus in their dormant phase over winter...can't wait for spring to come and watch some nice new fresh fleshy green to appear...but for now they all seem happy enough and no problems with any rot or pests...roll on springtime... KanJe
It's hard to say, Opuntia or Mamm maybe?Any idea what the flower looks like? It's hard to tell other wise.

Chiral
Nope no flower, the crest is a new acquisition...I really like crested forms and wish there was more variety in Australia of them...there may well be but I hardly ever see them and from what I have learned there isn't a single T. Pachanoi or Pedro crested form in Australia at all...am I right...?H.

Teotzlcoatl
Very nice! What kind of Lophophora are those? They have a very strange rib pattern (at least from what I have seen).
Garbage
Beginners Lophophora. At a recent Cactus Show i asked how they made them so big as they were teacup saucer sized,he merely replied time.Tossed out the two foot rooted sections of three i had seed grown, the three remaining tops are now all the same four foot height. No flowers on all but one plant this year and one was straining at the greenhouse roof. egad
Was hoping someone could ID the crest for me to tell the truth..I was under the impression it was T. Spachianus crested form...I dunno...anyone...?H.As far as i am aware (i may be wrong though) there is no currently available spachianus crest in oz, there is however a grandiflorus crest available that i've seen for sale from time to time, perhaps it is this? They do have similar spination and rib structure, just one grows big and one grows small, but in crest form they'd be harder to tell aprt without a close inspection. Hope this helps.Oh and nice collection you've got going, wish my cacti were that weed free, when winter hits here, they get overgrown, and the weeds don't die off until about middle of spring - start of summer. I pull em out and they just keep coming back in the colder months, hehe.
