at0m Posted August 16, 2012 So many new Pokemon... 33/40. Once you know a few Pokemon you can generally work out what is and isn't a Pokemon name but wow... some of those were really ambiguous.
whitewind Posted August 16, 2012 Well I only got 14 which was some way below random, in fact it makes my guesswork look really uninformed! I know nothing about Pokemon and clearly don't know many of those obscure drug names, I think I recognised 2.
space cadet swami Posted August 16, 2012 So, for an experiment I typed drug in for every answer & got 20... Is that a pass sir..? lol
whitewind Posted August 16, 2012 Multiple choice might have been fairer, Spacey. Perhaps 1 in every five names was a Pokemon name? I reckon 50% in that would have given you a pass!

IndianDreaming Posted August 17, 2012 20/40 - Interesting... get the kids used to the linguistics of pharmaceuticals and they're more likely to eat them... imo
ThunderIdeal Posted August 19, 2012 19 and i have a decent idea what pokemon names look like, which was the only clue i had to go by apart from voltaren which i know. i think they have chosen drugs that sound like pokemon and pokemon that don't sound like pokemon. r2pi Posted August 19, 2012 Just imagine, next time you go to the GP, "I want you to take 2 Pokemons with breakfast, a Skeletor with lunch, a Bilbo Baggins with dinner and 4 Papa Smurfs at bedtime."
Uda Posted August 22, 2012 19/40 over here, but as far as I'm concerned there was only ever 151 Pokemon anyway. No problem with the first gen names. This is such a gem I had to show my housemate. Mega Pokemon and drug nerd, so he just hit d for anything not recognisable, and finished with a cool 37/40.
