Were there any other drugs in your system when you had the second trial of 6.25mgs? Do you think doubling that dose is a good idea? From what you wrote you sound FAR more experienced than myself in such things, but I'm finding it hard to swallow that you want to double such an already seemingly intense experience. Maybe it's just because I have mixed feelings about DXM trips. The hallucinations are great, but I very much dislike the paralysed feeling. This stuff sounds vaguely like DXM mixed with GABA/phenibut/baclofen.

This is exactly how SWIM's -admittedly extremely limited- experience of colubrina (twice) played out. Medium strength smoked, very ocean-like wavy lines, blissful. High strength shafted, very geometric and hard body load, OandCEVs pretty intense and demanding. Sounds like the seeds just vary independantly from the above posts. Guess SWIM would also prefer real Yopo anyway.

I keep reading different things about A peregrina that while it does contain both n,n dmt and 5-meo-dmt, a lot of sources on the internet have said that those chemicals are simply not in enough quantities compared to the 5-ho-dmt so that it's really the bufotenine giving the effects in true Yopo from A peregrina. Has anyone here actually bioassayed both or does anyone know a definitive answer? Here in SAB I remember reading that a couple of members have tried Yopo (as far as they believe to be Yopo) in South America but I can't for the life of me find the threads. I even read somewhere that it's the bufotenine that's the actual drawcard for Yopo (in effects rather than chemical content) and that since A colubrina seeds contain more 5-ho-dmt per weight than any other plant (not sure about the B alvarius and B marinus toads), Colubrina should be the more wanted seeds. I wish I could remember where I read that too. Of course if one wants the Meo and n,n,dmt they would rather the Peregrina but there's far more quantitive sources for those I guess.

My friend, weighing around 55kgs tried 20 rivea seeds with lime juice and cold water sitting in fridge for 3 hours. Taken p/r no effect. The whole time I was reading the article I was thinking about all those times I'd had hardcore munchies and eaten half a 200g wheel of King Island Dairy Camembert and gone to bed... I dream a LOT. I dream very vividly a LOT. I rarely have actual nightmares though. I tend to have unnerving or bizarre dreams after pizza, but rarely "bad" dreams after cheese. Camembert to be specific. As I side note: I realised last night that I haven't dreamt about being in a forest or wilderness lately. I used to dream about that a lot and I still remember a lot of those dreams, or at least parts of them. I wonder if it has anything to do with having "found" myself now; I used to bottle my emotions a lot and recently have grown out of doing that. But I don't dream of the forests anymore

Was a fairly good girl in high school, with just some MJ and alcy use. Had a friend who was extremely irresponsible with illegal substances, so I developed a very wary aversion to such things. Matured a bit, got a new crowd of friends who for the most part were pretty (or at least comparatively) responsible with the illicits. I felt comfortable enough to trust them (and myself at that point) to expand my horizons. The third illicit I ever used was 'cid, only 2 months after first disco biscuit. That was only just over two years ago. Fell in love with hallucinogens. Had an AMAZING Trip earlier in the year and feel like I've never travelled or thought of more than I ever have that one night while barely leaving a mattress on a friend's balcony those 8 hours. Discovered DMT when reading up various substances. Got obsessed with it, only ever got to sample the once. Obsession turned to other entheogens and more "natural" things to brighten up daily life. Obsession still kicking on strong. I'm extremely curious by nature and I want to try everything I can even if it's just the once. Just to see and know. I also have a pretty healthy respect for such substances. Once I get intrigued about a particular subject I will read up anything and everything I can on it. I still haven't gotten around to going out and "identifying" acacias of certain species, but that's only because I'm too lazy to wander around by myself.

I'm calling BS. Why should the mutation only occur in ONE individual within 6-10,000 years? Especially if the mutation was a result of living in colder, darker climates. That should mean the mutation occurred in a fair few people living above certain latitudes. Also, how many of you have noticed that despite the bb gene being recessive, most "white" anglos actually have blue eyes? I find it interesting anyway. There was one girl in my 12th grade Vis Art class who was so obnoxious about her blue eyes (and blonde hair) that she really considered herself the bees-knees. Until I pointed out to her one day that in our entire class, only 2 of the "non-whites" (bad word but you get my drift) didn't have blue eyes. Uh-huh, so very speshul I'm sure. Thanks to that one chick (she was insanely obnoxious, not just a little bit so), I can't help but find arrogance in some people who worship their blue eyes/blonde hair as the penultimate in beautiful - particularly when their shade is nothing spectacular lol. I shouldn't feel this way, but I'm working on it
