  1. it looks like tetrapteris methystica is growing in a very troubled area of the Amazonia...good luck for sourcing this one...maybe if someone has connections with the FARC ?
  2. ...and don't forget tetrapteris methystica lol !
  3. maybe-----> http://www.erowid.org/library/books_online...images/g106.jpg ?
  4. because it is still an interesting and beautiful plant
  5. Hmm didn't know that, that's fucked up. Where is "real science" those days lol
  6. Here: http://www.i-sis.org.uk/GTARW.php I think my warning is justified but, of course, that is just my humble opinion. Anyway, i don't feel like having a Monsanto product used in my garden...
  7. The danger of Roundup wasn't linked with glyphosate (if i remember well) but with another compound in this product. Well, that's all i know about that . Hm, why not use some acid instead ? lol
  8. well, since Teotz' choose SEVEN plants instead of five ... i want to add Psilocybe mexicana and Salvia apiana on my "dream list"...but it is still way too short for a favorite plants list !
  9. -Banisteriopsis caapi -Psychotria viridis -E. coca -Camelia sinensis M.speciosa
  10. Noooo ! Stooop !!! don't use Roundup !!! It is VERY dangerous for your health, even in weak dosage ! Seriously, there have been talks and polemic about roundup recently, do a little search i think it was on the news. This "solution" would be far worse than the problem ! You would polute the whole garden for years. Well i don't know what to suggest...fire, boiling water ? spread cardboards on the lantana ? Is there a natural product that kills plants ?
  11. My suggestion would be Acerola ! (malpighia glabra) I have a love affair with those cherries, it taste like candies, really. The problem is that you must eat it on the spot because the fruit loose it's flavour in a matter of hours (the acerola juice you can buy outside of the producing countries taste like vomit eeeek).I am planing to have a tree right by the kitchen window in my future home. And it is very healthy, one of the biggest vitamin C content in the world. On top of that it is a parent of Banisteriopsis caapi...it has the same pink flowers !
  12. Inyan, i understand what you mean ! I just wanted to say that in Peru it is the custom to keep the leaves in the mouth without chewing. In fact this is like a quid, the actives are extrated via the mucosa, if one really chew the leaves it will go in the stomach in two or three gulps and Coca is less active this way (but it is still good for diahrea and altitude sickness).
  13. i honestly don't know for the fresh leaves, but when i was in Peru i found dried leaves very tasty ! In fact, you don't chew, you let the mass of leaves imbibate slowly in saliva and let the taste and actives invade your mouth, so the dryness is not an issue at all. It is really delicious but i admit being an avid green tea drinker so i already like those kind of green leaves flavour.
  14. to chew is way more "enjoyable"...
  15. Wow ! This "mystik fire" is incredible, i think i'm in love ! Would the Vulcanicola be realy impossible to grow in subtropical climate like the sanguinea ?

    Synergising

wow, i've read on the Aya forum that this combo (B.Caapi and Psilocybes) is "too long, too weird" It must be something, indeed ! I guess that the hypothetical drinker would use twice less mushrooms than usual with this combo, given how strongly the Ayahuasca vine enhances the tryptamines.

by THH, you mean Tetrahydroharmine ? A fine pair with Bufotenine... Planthelper, i didn't know that Kratom was sufficiently active with the smoking route...wouldn't it be "too good" ? i'm afraid of that lol !

Cocoa+vanilla+chilli sometimes i snack on chillies that i'm keeping in a bag with bits of Tahitian vanilla (vanilla tahitensis) for the taste...instant endorphins delivering system !
  19. Could you explain a little bit more ? thanks
  20. there was an old tale in France that if you were dying by eating Belladonna berries you'll go straight to Hell while i do not believe in Hell and all that i still feel that there is an element of truth in this
  21. wonderful garden ! I am in awe ... It's always reconforting to watch such pictures, knowing that those seeds and cuttings find good homes. Inyan, for identifying P.Viridis, i found that the base of the leaf is a good indicator and the undulated margins of Carthaginensis and Alba too, here is a link about that: http://www.southamericanspecials.com/produ...;products_id=89 Psychotria Viridis is slooowww indeed but what a character ! It is true that the majority of the sellers are selling Alba for Viridis, especialy on ebay.
  22. ergot lotus farm in Thailand serious work: and then the Ayahuasca clown...
