watertrade Posted September 16, 2012 HI Everyone, I had this funny dream last night which made me think that I would like to go on another SAB Camp. Nothing too fancy, just a few nights away somewhere within reasonable driving distance from the ACT. camp fires, totem tennis, inflatable paddling pools and a few laughs. anyone interested?

J Smith Posted September 16, 2012 (edited) Not the family of that's what you mean. Although that would be cool... Kid friendly Edited September 16, 2012 by madhouses visites
watertrade Posted September 16, 2012 but - I guess all the details including location should be left open at this stage to discussion by all people interested in attending.
J Smith Posted September 16, 2012 (edited) I'm happy if it's elsewhere. I've marked that weekend in the calendar as the day I finally meet WT. Edited September 16, 2012 by madhouses visites
obtuse Posted September 16, 2012 damn. very tempted, as i may be a loose end around that time. obtuse + free time = surely not. but finances are a limiting factor. But damn it, i need some fun. thats right, FUN. I'm sick of books, papers, and writing all the time. So no promises, but i'll keep those dates in mind. Cheers, Ob.
Amazonian Posted September 16, 2012 I have such a strong urge for some SAB camping, and was hoping to head north for all the excieting stuff that is going down towards the end of the year, but I have spent all my play money , and won't be going to QLD . If any Melbourneites are keen on share driving , I wouldn't mind tagging along to this camp of yours WT (as long I wasnt in your dream doing crazy shite at your camp that is , lol). Also, not a bad choice of date ... You know, since the world is thought to end at the end of December, probably better I spend the last day on earth with my family, instead of running a muck at a SAB camp
Bread Filter Posted September 16, 2012 I'll come along. It's been too long since the last camping trip for me.
watertrade Posted September 16, 2012 (as long I wasnt in your dream doing crazy shite at your camp that is , lol). when said the dream was funny - it was actually quite funny - This is it... ( add your own weird dream filter) I was at a SAB camp, everyone was sitting around talking shit, I was sleepy so I went for a nap. I woke up, everyone was still having fun - I walked around for a while then went back to bed. I woke up again, refreshed & thinking I was recharged and ready to have some fun... I went back to the camp and everyone was heading off to bed. hehe as good as that.

watertrade Posted September 18, 2012 (edited) Me myself and my bulberator. lets be honest incognito, that is how many of our camps end anyway. Edited September 18, 2012 by watertrade
Bread Filter Posted September 18, 2012 lets be honest incognito, that is how many of our camps end anyway. That's awesome. Incog couldn't go back to his tent at the last camp I was on as he forgot to erect it so just sat by the fire all night with the bulber.
Marcel Posted September 18, 2012 This time Incog better bring nangs. I'm not going to be the only one to bring them again... Unless your last nang trade offer still stands, Incog...

Horus Posted September 22, 2012 Hey Watertrade, I have just come from a meet with a few of the boys, and this was a hot topic. We are all keen. If its somewhere on the Sydney side of the ACT, Im sure we can rally a few of the staunch Sydney boys. Its one of the guys birthday.....as if we will need a reason to party. Calender is marked !! And what a bonus if Amazonian can drag along our favorite Victorian peeps.
