Caitlin Posted July 8, 2014 \ Probably not a big deal, but I got these for free off a really nice man that lives near my place. I have no idea what they are called but the fact I got them for free is heaven on earth for an 18 year old full time university student. So, I am super stoked to add these to my little collection haha. Very impressive everyone else. These photos are great to look at the diversity everyone has. Caitlin Posted July 9, 2014 Aw still babies, did you grow them from seed? And thank-you. I am hoping to get a bit more knowledge about cacti & succulents rather then just purchasing them for pure aesthetics, Id like to know the background and what too expect haha.

zed240 Posted July 14, 2014 Interesting the way your flower is opening up ThunderHorse. My trich flowers have so far have opened up to reveal the inner flower before the outer edges open even wider later in the evening. It kind of looks like yours is going in reverse with the outside opening right up before the flower itself opens.

Dreamwalker. Posted July 15, 2014 I'd recommend a Pyrethrum dusting or maybe sulphur to get rid of your fairy infestation.

slice Posted July 17, 2014 Happy to see that a 4 ribbed Bridge cutting has one 4 ribbed pup, I had my doubts that was going to happen. Took a couple of pics of a plant I like a lot, SS01xJuuls , its a fast grower. This is the Peru. phenotype, the other has much smaller spines.

Dreamwalker. Posted July 19, 2014 is the attic in use?
☽Ţ ҉ĥϋηϠ₡яღ☯ॐ€ðяئॐ♡Pϟiℓℴϟℴ Posted July 19, 2014 (edited) is the attic in use? lol no , but due to heat signature would probably look bad frm a helicopter at least with the sun room they can hover down and check its not cannabis from the chopper , they do seem to have stopped checking for a few months ...since i wave at them each time and since I've told people they do it... theres only the sun room and a windowsill or 2 in the house with cactus any others are outside, the greenhouse is way too sunny for them yet the attic is way too dark and wouldnt like a leak up there or a cactus falling thru the ceiling into my bed x] maybe if it was a scop... theyre a tad too sexy for a cactus but the sunroom is good to keep the heavier spined cactus and the kids at safe distance from one another and still give them and myself full viewing, enabling me to watch all of them at the same time (kids and cacti) cant beat a glass room for the all seeing eye, in the day its like being outside with a roof, at night suddenly all the windows turn to viewing mirrors x3 also there's the advantage of accessibility to more of that lovely energy from the great hollow fireball in the sky in the day and that queen of the night... the moon. and the early hours of this morning...: a beautiful electrical storm on full display Edited September 29, 2014 by ☽Ţ ҉ĥϋηϠ₡яღ☯ॐ€ðяئॐ♡Pϟiℓℴϟℴ
