Torsten Posted August 23, 2009 yes, NZ has a much more sensible approach to these things. With the upcoming changes to Oz NZ travel procedures it should be pretty easy to go for regular trips [or even bring some souveniers].

Teotzlcoatl Posted September 2, 2009 You only need to get a few Salvia divinorum cutting in to Oz and then they would be really easy to propagate and spread.
planthelper Posted September 2, 2009 1, there is no need for importing salvia divinorum plants into oz, as i am sure that there are plenty of them around here. 2, you guy's outside oz stopp promoting salvia, for people in oz!
mutant Posted September 2, 2009 Yeah and you also need a greenhouse because it hates to be in dry situations...

Teotzlcoatl Posted September 3, 2009 It doesn't matter how hot it is if you give it enough shade and water. I would think Salvia divinorum would really take off in Oz as long as you could keep it moist. Maybe plant it in creek beds or along rivers? As well as watering it and providing lots of shade! I think y'all may actually be able to grow it outdoors year round in some areas. "Luna" seems to tolerate light and drier conditions better than most clones, it'd do some good if y'all could get your hands on one of those!
mutant Posted September 4, 2009 Hey teotz, what about 'luna'? have you got any evidence about traits of that clone you say? pm me with any details...
Teotzlcoatl Posted September 8, 2009 (edited) Salvia divinorum "Luna" Information Just type in "Luna" and hit search. Edited September 8, 2009 by Teotzlcoatl
Teotzlcoatl Posted September 18, 2009 Ok.... so what wants to see the "Luna"? That is a fully rooted "Luna" clone!
mutant Posted September 19, 2009 Cool, that's a good girl, give us photos If I had to spot a difference , I would say more sawtooth leaf margins? so this is supposed to be more hardy, cultivate-wise, theoretically speaking?
Teotzlcoatl Posted September 19, 2009 I would say more sawtooth leaf margins? Exactly. That is just one of the features. You can see more as they really mature. so this is supposed to be more hardy, cultivate-wise, theoretically speaking? Supposedly it can tolerate less humidity, less water and more sun! Perfect for Oz!
Garbage Posted September 20, 2009 Will be banned in due course, the foreign owned papers circulating the UK are demanding action to curb a legal trade. The hope is to eliminate competition.
