t st tantra
at this moment i am in the middle of my second bioassay for the above plant.quite unique, dose 2 medium leaves in usual smoking mix, produces very pleasant stimulanty/opiate/psychedelic effect.atthis dose i cant peg it down.reported dose was 1gram,at least 3 or 4 times my dose, but my supplies are small.has anyone else tried this plant?are all species active?rev, you had some seeds listed at one stage, can you help with info?maybe its the milky sap but im fixated with a kind of creamyness[on a mental level],this time and the first. t s t . sascacheuan
hello.Long time ago i smoked a full joint of leaves and i didnt get to feel anything.Perhaps i collected another specie different from pilocella, i know there are 4 o 5 hieracium species growing in Spain.where does your pilocella came from?. theobromos
It should be available for a few dollars a kilo from good herbal suppliers as "mouse-ear hawkweed". An ethanol extraction is more active. I found it similar to lettuce opium but didn't pursue it due to lethargy.

psybernaut
t st tantra:maybe its the milky sap but im fixated with a kind of creamyness[on a mental level],this time and the first.Reminds me of the story about how it got it's name.Hieracium means "hawkweed," and the herb is so called because the ancients fancied that hawks would tear open the plant and wet their eyes with its juice to improve their vision.Maybe the sap is of interest, like poppies. Robert
I have a few of these plants and when they were in a pot, I had a difficult time keeping them happy. I got frustrated with them and put them in the ground under my orange tree in sandy soil, (Florida... what else)and they have really started growing well now. The seem to like being neglected and I have read them classified as an invasive weed.I tried smoking a couple dead leaves and didn't feel a thing. Maybe they weren't old enough yet? Hagakure
i remember reading about some plant that tribes rubbed their eyes with before going hunting to improve vision.i think it was meant to burn like crazy though. Could have been on Shaman Australis or some other source. Will try and track it down. not sure if it was hawkweed or not
