jam13 Posted October 20, 2017 (edited) Really sorry for such a noob question guys, but this is going to be my year to try psilocybin for the first time in my life. I went driving around yesterday in SE Qld but couldn't see anything at all from the road side. When you guys go hunting are you usually able to spot cubensis from the road side when stopping next to cow paddocks? Or do you really have to walk in there and search around for 20-30 minutes? Have you ever seen them straight away when pulling up next to a paddock in your car? The rain around here has been amazing, but it seems - like Responsible Choice said - that the temps haven't been high enough. Hope that i'll be able to stumble across something because I've promised myself that this summer will be my lucky time to lose my psilocybin virginity. Northerner Posted October 20, 2017 Cubes hide in the grass and can often not be seen until you are right on top of them. You gotta do the foot k's mate, you're never gonna get em driving around looking out the window.

Like I said - I am a complete noob when it comes to this, but have been reading up as much as I can over the past month or two trying to prepare myself for this season. I live in an area with a heap of cow paddocks and farms - the only problem I seem to have is having the confidence to jump the farmer's fences and have a real good look in the paddocks. I might need to attempt it at night time instead so it's a little easier to stay on the paddocks without passing cars or farmers seeing me. Hey mate, So glad that you have not trespassed, 'cos admitting to certain shit can be problematic at times, especially if it is illegal... I would echo Northener's sentiments re. walking in that actual foraging has to take place, most of the time. If you get those Goldilocks conditions just look for the plates of gold mate. Have a flick back through this thread and you'll find some general foraging advice for SE QLD I did up for a fellow SABer which may be of assistance. Good luck! jam13 Posted October 21, 2017 From everything i've read it seems like the humidity at the moment is still way too low. Am I correct? It's about 60-70% at the moment and has been for a week.
-RC- Posted November 25, 2017 (edited) Slightly higher night temps and increased humidity and BAM! Phtobucket wants my money now so no pics I'm afraid, but suffice to say it has begun again! Drildo Posted November 30, 2017 (edited) Just upload to SAB as thumbnails RC - I've already got a pre-chub for this seasons SEQ porn - cannot do without it. Grab some more prints of beautiful wild specimens of p.cube and pan cyan if at all possible (for microscopy) for the community again - but no pressure dude homie, just enjoy it! I'm still holding onto some genetics of last years wild SEQ print you sent me. Something fresh might be nice under the scope. Have a good season in paradise RC, you sickest of kunts. Happy hunting! Drildo Posted December 20, 2017 This is what McKenna saw (minus the pan cyans) upon trudging the fields of La Chorrerra (amazon basin, early 70's) as a 24 yo with his brother & party in the jungle of SA. Epic! Wild cubensis on cattle dung. Inspirational fkn pics man, you're living in a magic area RC.
