Had this conundrum a few months back. We ended up naming our little kitten Pickles.

Try and steer away form the stereotypical as that's when the names start to get cool.

I have a friend who named his cat Atari. Yes, after the gaming console. Lol!

I demand photos of said pussycat!!

Can't help with name suggestions though, I have so many pets that I've run out of good names as they're all taken :P

Although I cant take credit for our new chicken's name which *someone* named Flappy. hmmmm, original.

I like people names that seem silly when applied to cats, names like Alan or Steve

Cat Stevens! Or maybe "Dog" or "Muschi" what can either mean cat or vagina in german. :innocent_n:

Or after some boring sounding physicist nobody ever heard about. Full Name certainly. Would also be funny to name a cat after a household device like "washing machine" or "hair dryer". No matter what, with such name, kitty´s gonna shine on every Cat Party.

EDIT: hmm. whilst i was composing this post, EG thought of DOG too ,lol. Its an omen

i like the idea ov confusing people & pets by giving them inappropriate names.

Like for a cat: Dog, Rover, Rex, etc.

the petal doesn't dig Motorhead ;hence Lemmy: i'm thinking - maybe thru positive reinforcement and word association , she'll get to love Lemmy.
