indigo264nm Posted June 20, 2011 (edited) There is an official video clip for the later version of this song that was released but I'll post this track one on his b-side album because I prefer it so much more. It's been in my head because it has a personal back story filled with nostalgia.. Edited June 20, 2011 by -=IndigoSunrise=-

The Dude Posted August 5, 2011 (edited) ^^^Bunch of tools, these guys are master alchemists I must say!I like this persons youtube comment.when the moon is full. it is also full of ego. and then thinks it dose not need the sun any more to be complete. so the moon goes off on its own, then ends up becoming dark and cold and goes in to this, self-indulgent hole. The moon must crucify its ego before it can let the light of the sun bring it out of this dark state.. We must also let go of our ego's before we can let others help us become whole again, with out others we will become lifeless and dead inside. mescalito Posted August 5, 2011 Peace Now this really turned me onto Smashing Pumpkins. ^^^Bunch of tools, these guys are master alchemists I must say! I like this persons youtube comment. Awesome song...they all are Cool comment, very true. Have you re-arranged Lateralus album tracks into the Fibonacci Sequence and listened to it? This is just one of those songs...FUCKING BRILLIANT. I know I shouldn't but I play this when I feel exactly that way.
The Dude Posted August 7, 2011 (edited) Mescalito, no I haven't. I've seen it online before. I don't really get how you can re-arrange numbers into other numbers like that, well not in this case, haven't looked much into it though. I love how tool fans get into their esoterica and occult lore and thinking outside the envelope in terms of secret codes, and the proper way to play their albums... It's in reverse like Led Zeppelin! I haven't bothered with the alternate order yet. I'll say this much, listening to lateralus whilst on mushrooms, the track order is perfect already! Saw them live during the lateralus tour and they played the disposition, reflection, triad songs in sequence as per the album order, the way each track flows into the next was amazing, very hypnotic, trance inducing, psychedelic, and I was sober! At least those three songs must be played together, and then I think... man, it's tool! I'm sure they released their alchemical philosophers stone the way it is meant to be, it is heresy to question the word of tool. ...Anyway, keep this thread going.
