Darklight Posted May 25, 2003 Most khat plants strike from cuttings, however mine is the nefarious mongrel that won't: have tried air layering, serpentine layering, and normal cuttings with a variety of substrates and hormones. Darcy and mandragora worked out that young sucker cuttings from the side which included root tissue ( and actual roots where possible ) were the best way to proliferate this particular variety So if you don't get khat cuttings to strike, don't be disappointed, several people tried for years to get this one worked out, me, I gave up Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
