Pfff, haha, I was in there just a few weeks. I punched a black guy cause he took my soup. The rest was boring as hell. That's about it. BTW it was jail NOT prison. He was in his 50s and had 50 years of time to do (though he appealed), he was just dreaming. He'd talk about Costa Rica (where he used to live) every single day. I think that may be it. BTW let's TRY to keep this topic about the plant.

When I was in jail this guy kept talking about this plant from Costa Rica that got you fucked up when you sat in the sun after you took it. I think it was the bark used? I can't remember. I have no idea what plant this could be, I've never heard of anything like it... does anybody have any idea what it might be? He said it was fairly popular though not widespread.

Haha! Coleus = inactive. Absinthe = active (beyond alcohol). Oh yes of course, that is why they are some of the best! I always wanted to evaporate all the alcohol and eat the goo left over, if that is psychoactive then we know for sure! Somebody try it!!! Keep in mind they use a very specific variety of fennel! Foeniculum vulgare var. azoricum also known as "Florence Fennel".

Make a big thing of tincture. Find some 95%+ alcohol (everclear) and soak the macerated herb in it. Then the herb infused alcohol has the medicinal properties of the plant. It can be evaporated to reduce the amount of alcohol or even completely dried to make a solid extract which could be taken for medicinal purposes, used as flavoring, etc. Also pick and dry a bunch of the herbage for later use in teas and such. Oh and don't forget to collect a big jar of seeds so you can share this wonderful herb with others and so you'll always have a back up!
