I quit well over a year ago and now I cant even stand the smell of them let alone the taste, the real trick is you have to 100% want to quit. For me environmental impact of the buts constantly weighed on my mind and the fact that the Government made so much money off me was the final straw. Chewing stolen nic gum worked wonders for the cravings which I slowly swapped for normal gum. Good Luck!

Hi All, Looking at doing a Permaculture design course but have been studying Horticulture in Australia for the last couple of years and am thinking a PDC in Thailand would be a good change and addition to knowledge. Has anyone done this in Thailand or elsewhere in the world? Any recommendations would be great! Cheers, Phil.

Never assume that you have attained truth. Don’t make any claim to knowledge. Form no conclusion or evaluation concerning truth. The minute you do, your downfall is assured. Whenever you imagine you know something, you cease being open to the living exploration. You have closed a door and cut off the oxygen to the breathing truth.”
