A bit of a weird rare plug from me but someone posted me this list of stallholders so I thought I would chuck it up here if anyone's interested. For some reason this years storeholder list is different to this one but anyway. Anyone going to this?

The next Collectors’ Plant Fair will be held on 13 & 14 April, 2013 at the historic Hawkesbury Race Club, Clarendon, NSW. Clarendon is between Richmond and Windsor.

Stalls will be open 8am to 4pm Saturday, 9am to 4pm Sunday.

Yeah, thinking I will at this stage.

I went last year & was pretty impressed.

Brought more books & way more plants than I intended.

Good to make a day of it & go to mt Tomah botanical gardens in the Arvo if your keen!

Went out there today. Smaller than expected but still interesting. Only a few succulents. Was talking to the stallholder with the cactii and he said someone stole his biggest Loph yesterday and so there were none there today. How mean to steal someones prized Loph!!

Came home with some interesting herbs and fruits.

Good to see someone made it! Couldn't make it either, had loads of stuff to do.

We should set up an ethnobotanical plant fair!

I caught the last 15 mins after work yesterday. As OPP said, pretty small but a fair few interesting plants getting around. Only one stall was selling cacti (when I was there) and he had a few small Loph willi var. caes tucked under the bench - they were priced a bit high for what they were though (I also overheard him talking to another stallholder about the stolen Loph). He did have some nice old Astrophytums and Pachypodiums though.

Hey I called in on saturday too....

3.5 hrs later....swag of random plants loaded in car and some books.

Nice variety.

I scored a few diff varieties of brugmansias, aloe plant..raseberrie plant..

Plus some fly eating plants... (cant remember all the offical names haha)

Got a medicinal plant book plus sacred healing beer brewing book.

All round worth the visit.
