0 NSF Posted July 9, 2012 Tan spore print...or rusty orange? I was going to guess at a Cortinarius of some kind, but the stype looks a little smooth. Maybe a Dermocybe.
0 PsychMaster Posted August 6, 2012 Most definitely Subs there bro...I'm pretty sure that they are subs. Try over at shroomery for a Trusted I.D.

0 myco Posted August 14, 2012 shocking advice psychmaster they are NOT subs do not eat those
0 obtuse Posted August 14, 2012 DO NOT consume those. They are definitely NOT Psilocybe subaeruginosa (subs) the Brown gills, lack of blue staining, brown tint to the whole stem, which doesnt look fibrous enough. also lacking rhizomorphs, which in my experience subs have in abundance. that mycelium looks fluffy through the soil. From the cap it could be confused with subs if your not quite sure what your looking for. but yes bad call psychmaster. btw you dont need to send people to the shroomery, we have have a wealth of mycologists here at this site. Cheers, Obtuse.
