  1. I went back and listened to the rest of your tracks. And, they are awesome! If you make a concept EP with tracks like Glimmar and Tuesday - you'd have at least one listener who would vocally recommend you.
  2. Amazing plants pacha! Truly great. If you don't mind me asking - what is your soil composed of? And what do you fertilize with?
  3. I come back after a few days of media blackout... and Osama is dead, and has been buried already... And there's no evidence to prove any of it!? WTF. They're not even trying to cover up their lies these days.
  4. ... A special needs child needs more care than a more capable one? lol. The metaphor scope doesn't extend to this question.
  5. If I could sacrifice a limb for vastly increased brain-power... I'd probably sacrifice both arms for double vastly increased brain-power. And with that brain-power - I would sort humanity out. Put them back on the right path, etc. Nanotechnology and self-organizing intelligent systems would be two tools I can think of that I would need.
  6. We love all Trichocereus, and as any decent parent will tell you - there are no favourite children. As a rule of thumb, cactuses don't need as high a nitrogen ratio as other green leafy plants. And I can recommend blood and bone, as it's part of what I use.

What makes these 'chemtrails' and not contrails?
  8. Legendary as usual mutant! :D Those stenos are probably among the top 1% of all specimens worldwide. hehe.

    Computers

I used to use an IBM server for a bit of graphics work. I had chucked XP onto it even though XP was specifically supported (yes it was very buggy). I actually really liked that computer (had RAID cards, a 10k SCSI HDD [which I ended up flicking off for about 70% what I paid for the whole unit]), and I still have it. But I don't use it anymore, because it sounded like a ramjet. Currently I use quite a powerful PC I built back 2 years ago. I still run XP on it (although I'll get a linux dualboot once I can be bothered). I have a thing for fast hard drives (couldn't not, after having that sweet SCSI one) so I have a Velociraptor. The other components are high spec, but yeah, I'm a little disappointed I spent so much money and don't really use the features. It's essentially a gaming PC. But I don't play games. :/ Oh well. It was just an expensive lesson hahaha.
  10. 1 Time 2 speed 3 fun 123, 132, 213, 231, 312, 321 Time speeds up when you're having fun... Time funs up when you're having speed... Speed times up when you're having fun... Speed funs up when you're having time... Fun times up when you're having speed... Fun speeds up when you're having time... Lol
  11. I've got a mangled stalk of one that hopefully I can bring back to life. Lol.
  12. Hahahaha! The one I got from you fell over while I was away. It had a meaty gash near the tip, I sulfur it and repot it. 2 weeks later it's fully healed, and thrown out way more growth and pushed the gash 3-4 areoles down already. No doubt it's faster than those pachas I posted above. But just haven't seen it growing for too long.
  13. I'm sure I was the last person to find out, but I thought I'd see if anyone else didn't know either. Basically, in the thread listings, if you hover your mouse over the rightmost portion of the 'Topic' field, an icon appears. The icon is for 'View topic preview'. Clicking this opens a small javascript window with the first post in. Legend!
  14. Wow that bridge is amping it! It looks like it has good genes. My fastest growing is this pachanoi clone. It kept up with other pachanoi clones that had extensive root systems, and then beat them. :D But I know it's not growing its fastest at the moment. It hadn't any ferts for a while now, and I know I can get it grow faster and healthier.

    Another Tricho

We had a nice discussion in this topic: http://www.shaman-australis.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=27659 I don't know for sure though (I don't even think KK would hehehe).

    extract with vinegar

Depends on these 'enzymes' solubility, I don't know the real mechanism with certainty. It's just the explanation that fitted best from the limited dataset I have had access to. ;)
  17. Good things take time. Great things happen all at once.

    extract with vinegar

My speculation is that allowing the psilocybin/psilocin into solution with the enzymes (they should have enzymes I think) from the mushroom will destroy the tryptamines.
  19. You're too kind calling us a resource of the Earth. Plants regulate our temperature, provide us with oxygen, and give us all of our food. What do we do? I'm struggling to find an answer to this. But that's not the point. The point is that a metaphor is used to abstract away details which would skew the question. It's easy to visualize how 50c is exactly half of a dollar. But it's much harder to visualize an equal split of Earth and it's resources. It is our nature to find patterns. There are many examples of people who do not perceive meaning, yet utilize patterns. The tribe without numbers (whose name escapes me now). They also firmly believe that there is no purpose to anything. I suspect that too. No. It is the central trait of all civilizations to date however. There's not much difference whatsoever. I'm assuming you mean divine purpose though?
  20. Awesome. I really did like that. And this comment:
  21. This is the best Crassula in existence: http://www.cactus-art.biz/catalog/product/2779/Crassula-cv.-BUDDHA%27S-TEMPLE.asp
  22. No, you're perfectly correct Distracted. That was the exact response I wanted to elicit. I could explain more, but I think the charm of that scenario is that it explains itself with enough contemplation. Is that sarcasm? I can't tell. :/
