    Moving to NNSW

Prey the death threats were all just one big head fuck and seriously consider moving on pretty damn soon I guess. It's a war I can just not win, I spent every last piece of energy I had trying and it has nearly killed me. Just a little fella all alone in a wild hard hard town, that has been made quite clear to me I do not belong to. You gotta just laugh it off, yeah? Either that, or just curl up in the fetal position in this big old empty house and just give up all together ,lol. Such is life.

    Think of the children!

Religion must be banned in all it's forms from all schools, it needs to be illegal for any school age child to be indoctrinated into a religion. I really feel passionate about that and I really think people completely underestimate the long-term damage religion does to society, by just being short sighted about it and thinking teaching kids of a false purpose is better than teaching them the truth of no purpose. But personally, I think the kids of today (the adults of tomorrow) really need to come to grips with the fact that no ones coming to save us and to create a better world, we need to save ourselves. On a more practical & less philosophical note, bring back tech schools! Not every kid is interested or capable of being a doctor, lawyer or whatever other professional. Some kids would just learn math skills or whatever else much more effectively though carpentry and wood work. It really does tear the confidence out of a lot of kids when there forced to sit at a desk 40 minutes at a time doing theoretical tasks that just don't interest them in anyway. That's when there defense mechanism kicks in and they start rocking up for class late & china eyed at 13 years old, killing there boredom disrupting the whole class by messing with the teachers head, trying to prove to the teacher there more intelligent than they are anyway, even if I can't do this ridiculous task there trying to force upon me. lol, I had some fun at school, but the whole process was completely counterproductive to making me a productive and stable adult.

    taking plants interstate.

I don't know how far into Qld your going, but drive inland dude. Head to Tocumwal on the vic border, then though parkes and armidale and then all the way though to qld to where ever it is you need to be, you won't get any hassles from quarantine that way. Word to the wise though, don't pull over on the side of the road late at night if you have an alternative appearance especially around central northern NSW, you will almost certainly be harassed and searched by the police and they will try to pin you for anything they possibly can. Anyway..... good luck and just relax, crank up that music and have a little fun with it, it's a beautiful drive and it all just comes down to fate anyway, no point worrying about it, lol.

    Moving to NNSW

I wonder if there's much employment opportunities up there? I know they have a high unemployment rate, but is that because there is no work, or that a lot of dudes up there have lifestyles that contradict the act of payed work, lol? Really need to find myself a more tolerant community to live in. There's a real hard arse culture here and I've being threatened & pushed out from every direction, lol. They all think I'm gay because I'm brutally shy around the chicks, don't eat meat, hate football and couldn't careless about loud engines, lol. Doesn't worry me, I go out of my way to make think I am, just because I love being under there skin. Now there all accusing me of getting on the meth everyday at work, purely to show them up and steal there jobs 'obviously'. Because how else could someone possibly work that hard day in day out. lol, never even touched the crap, a few sugar free red bulls an angry eminem song and a mad bipolar disorder is my only secret, gooses. But an unexplained machine malfunction and a few broken toes later (it was meant to be a crashed foot) I'm starting to get a little worried. Yep, think I might seriously be heading up to NENSW to live this winter, work or no work.

    Beating a cultivation charge?

My friend knows nothing about any of these accusations. I only posted this thread to state that clearly and seek advise for my friend, from others who may have been accused of such false allegations.

    Beating a cultivation charge?

True, under estimating how brutally cold mr. plod can be is probably very short sighted.

Does anyone need a new friend?

^^^I know exactly why I'm single btw, don't even dare listen to that song unless it's full blast, otherwise you just won't feel it.

    Beating a cultivation charge?

That's the war on drugs for ya I guess, just a way to exploit and screw over poor people. Never thought my friend would ever say this, but he goddamn wishes he was born in the USA.

SIM cards hacked by NSA, GCHQ

Yeah, 12 people being held hostage by a gunman is just another day in the US. Yet CNN covered it from start to finish, barely even reporting any other news stories. Even as a gun nut was holding 4 people hostage in there own country, funny that.

    Australian melatonin supplements (question)

you can't get melatonin in Australia without going though a lot of hassle. Just order it on ebay from the US, you can get 2 bottles of 60 tabs for like 10 to 15 dollars, from memory. Your apparently allowed to import a 3 month supply. Kind of ridiculous, since what defines a 3 month supply? But anyway.......... I've found the most effective to be the 'Natrol' brand, 10mg slow release tablets. That should get you yawning and make you all peaceful and sleepy within around one to two hours.
  12. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but maybe try actually reading the article (as apposed to just the headline) before going off on some rant about how cannabis is the cause of every psychotic episode known to man. The article clearly and specifically states it's not cannabis that has shown promise as a treatment for schizophrenia, but rather a compound found in the cannabis plant, 'cannabidoil'. On another note, It just blows my mind how they act like this is some new scientific breakthrough. I've known CBD had anti-psychotic properties ever since I had an internet connection. I'd be a rich man if I had a dollar for every time someone tried to make me look like some nut job conspiracy theorist just for pointing the fact out.
  13. If your serious about living out bush for a long period of time then you should seriously consider somehow acquiring some kind of vehicle, you seriously can find some absolute gems of campsites just 20 to 30 kms outside of large regional cities. Any closer than that then you’ll usually constantly be having your privacy invaded or be harassed by rangers, police and near by residents to move on eventually. Plus without a car you’ll will quickly become extremely feed up and exhausted from carting all that gear around and will find yourself off loading a lot of it. Cutting your toothbrush in half and shit, since every gram will become very significant. Although, admittedly stealth outbush is far easier without a vehicle. Also, Australia is a massive country with many different climates; so don’t limit yourself to just one climate. The best thing to do if you’re serious about doing it long-term is to camp down south in the summer and then head to the tropics in the winter. Trust me, you want to be where there’s the least chance of rain. Since you’ll quickly become very depressed from spending days at a time stuck in your tent and miserable from constantly being wet and cold. Personally, to me the Blue Mountains just sound like somewhere a person who’s never spent more than a few weeks out bush for any one time would suggest. But what the fuck would I know, right? I guess some people would probably like being constantly wet cold and confined to small spaces, I just haven’t meet any of them. Camping on the Murray river just outside a regional city like Cobram would be your best option in the warmer months before the weather goes to shit, you’ll have know problem getting phone & internet reception right along the murray. Plus you will be easily able to find a camp site that’s secluded enough not to constantly have your privacy invaded, yet can still be close enough to civilization to be able to access a woolworths or coles (which is actually very important when living outbush, since small local supermarkets are usually very limited and end up costing ya a fortune for basic necessities). Finding a secluded creek or river to camp by just outside of regional cities like Townsville and cairns is your best option during winter. You’ll also get phone & internet reception outside of those cities, but will find yourself needing to walk a lot further to find a decent camping spot. I have found the best technique for finding a good campsite is to find out where the tourists go and then head in the opposite direction. Anyway, best thing to do is just head outbush to get your feet wet, but keep your options open and have somewhere to come back to once you have experienced what it’s actually like living outbush. Then you will be able to reassess and use your experience to know exactly what not to do. More importantly than anything else though, always make sure your eating healthy and have some kind of fresh food and something to do out there. Lol, it’s very easy to lose your shit, go feral & bat shit stir crazy out there on your own, if your not paying special attention to maintaining your physical and mental health.
  14. FYI, From what I understand in Victoria the police are already allowed to hold you for 30 minutes when doing a road worthy inspection or searching your vehicle for contraband, but once the 30 minutes is up you can leave without needing there permission.

    What do you eat?

Yeah, this is an awesome resource. I've used that site for years to plan out my diets and ensure I'm getting a sufficient amount of my rdi of nutrients. it's also an awesome tool just for the novelty of comparing different foods and knowing whats in the food you eat. They also give food items a fullness score depending on the nutrients they contain and usually give a quick description of the positives and negatives of most foods. Many hours spent there going over all the states, statistics and figures trying to work out what I should be adding to my diet. Yeah, but fish and kangaroo’s don’t have electricity, sewage systems and abundant fresh water supplied to there property either, nor do they have access to a weekly waste management system. Also, a bigger kangaroo can come along at any moment and force another of his land at anytime and there are no police nor a court system the kangaroo can rely on for protection from the standover kangaroo’s. You could go camp on the side of a river for free if you want, you’d just have to live without the luxuries of modern society. Many do just that and I’ve personally set up camp beside rivers and creeks right around Australia, sometimes for months at a time, without being hassled by anyone. But I’m guessing you have more of a hippy philosophy, right? Whereas you think you should be entitled to all the benefits of government and modern society, without any of the responsibilities. They think everyone should bend over backwards and work there hands to the bone, so they can live there responsibility-free alternative lifestyle. lol

    Cannabis abuse and nihilism

One of the two points you have made is fairly spot on, while the other is completely wrong. imho of course. The reason I say this, is because I have had the exact same perspective of cannabis represented to me in midst of many psychedelic states. But it wasn't from DMT, psilocybin or even mescaline, but from just good old cannabinoids. Cannabis (including cannabinoids in general) can be an incredibly insightful tool when used properly, personally I think in some ways it's one of the most insightful psychedelics. Well, I can at least tell you for fact, that never in my whole life has reality and the havoc I've inflicted on my life though drug abuse ever been clearer to me than 4 minutes after I smoked one large cone of code black after not smoking for 6 months straight. As I knelled on my knees in the middle of the room, feeling my heart pounding against my rib cage, thinking this was probably my last moment I had on this earth, every circumstance that had lead me to being a 29 year old man, living in a caravan at the back of my mums house, jobless and without a women or anyone to share my existence with, flashed before my eyes in magnificent clarity at a thousand miles an hour and the path I needed to take to turn my life around had never been more clearer than that moment in time, if only I was going to make it though that terrifying yet oddly amazing experience.
  17. You can get all natural whey protein powers that have no artificial sweeteners from the supermarket or whatever quite cheap. It tastes really bland but would definitely be an awesome and easy addition to vegetarian dishes Used to love the skim milk, but don't touch it anymore. I've come to the conclusion that milks only use is putting fat on baby cows really quickly. One serve of skim milk is like 130 calories and only has about 12 grams of protein at best and at least 10 grams of sugar. Whereas a serve of good protein powder has about the same calories but up to 30 grams of protein and only 5 to under a gram of sugar. plus if you don't mind artificial sweeteners you can get chocolate or vanilla flavour, it tastes absolutely lush! For breakfast I usually always mix in 4 weetbix with one serve of protein powder and 2 raw eggs, it tastes awesome and is just as nutritious as any meat dish for breakfast, imo.
  18. ^^^Yeah, Aspartame is meant to be one of the bad artificial sweeteners, if you believe the hype, that is. It's in diet coke and coke zero from memory. The protein powder I'm using at the moment has Acesulframe potassium and Sucralose, haven't done much research on Acesulframe, but Sucralose seems to be one of the better ones from what I've seen, well at least I've personally judged it to be the lesser evil to sugar. You can get whey protein without any artificial sweeteners, but I've found a totally bland diet just leads to over eating in the long run. All power to ya though if if can live off a completely tasteless diet, but I'll stick with the artificial sweeteners for now as long as they help keep me off the empty calories of sugar. You may be right about needing to think a little about what to add to your diet when you don't eat meat, but likewise either way right? There's plenty of people out there who eat plenty of meat and still suffer from deficiencies. I might get a little too defensive about it, but that's simply because not eating meat just ain't the big deal a lot of people make it out to be. There's a lot of ignorance and propaganda out there against vegetarians that is equivalent to the ignorance and propaganda that most of you would have personally witnessed from people when it comes to psychedelics. I personally have never looked healthier or felt healthier since I made the change. Anyway, when it comes to cheese, I think it probably would be healthier if you could eat as least as possible, but what can I say? I love cheese! It's like my favorite thing in the world just under blonde chicks and weed, lol.
  19. No, I don’t think you ‘need’ to take any vitamins to supplement a vegetarian diet at all. Since as teo already pointed out, there’s very little in the way of vitamins in meat (except omega 3 from fish) that a healthy male can’t easily obtain somewhere else. Though, I do personally believe that ‘everyone’ should probably take multi-vitamins and other individual vitamins that your regular diet might sometimes lack, simply as a fail safe to ensuring you never become deficient in anything. I will say I do think vegetarians make a mistake of not having enough protein in their diet though. I think a high protein diet is very important to general wellbeing and tofu & beans just don’t cut it imo. So I do think vegetarians should be taking advantage of all the whey protein powders available these days. Some people are so ignorant when it comes to healthy diets, they see you drinking a protein shake and make comments about how you must be trying to get big muscles, it’s like “no dip shit, protein powder can simply be used as a dietary supplement and doesn't automatically have to be a bodybuilding supplement, so I’m merely supplementing my diet with lots of lean protein without stuffing shit loads of cooked flesh and my throat, which is drenched with saturated & trans fats and god knows what hormones”. People are just ignorant and stupid in general, like they'll watch someone scoop 4 table spoons of coffee into there cup and won't think twice, but if they see you take one 100mg caffeine pill they'll look at you like your a meth head or something.
  20. Just out curiosity, what exactly would it be that a vegetarian would be more likely to be deficient in than a non-vegetarian? Keeping in mind that there’s a huge difference between vegetarian and vegan. At the expense of coming across as rude or arrogant, that statement comes across to me as a little bit narrow minded, like observing a few hopeless people who smoke weed and then declaring that most cannabis smokers are lazy dole bludgers. Yeah there is EPA & DHA omega 3, but a healthy body can easily convert plant omega 3 (ALA) into EPA & DHA. Not to mention that this is mostly irrelevant since your average westerner simply doesn't eat much fish (if any) anyway so would be expected to be just as deficient in omega 3 as any vegetarian. Well I agree a person who smokes will never be the definition of good health (hence why I’m currently in the process of quitting a 17 year old habit), I think it’s a very short sighted statement to say that it doesn't matter what a smoker eats, especially in the short term. There’s non-smokers at my work who live off a diet of chocolates, doritos, soft drinks, meat pies and sausage rolls. I refuse to believe that they could be considered more healthy then me, who has a staple diet of eggs, salads, tofu, wheat, cheese, protein powder and takes multi vitamins, calcium, omega 3 and B complex vitamins everyday. btw, anyone who claims multi vitamins don’t work is an idiot (imho)! They do make a huge difference.

    What do you eat?

http://www.shaman-australis.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=36746&p=441669 Just pointing out what anyone would see if they searched though a few posts. If you want your gender hidden then you should probably just be more ambiguous about it, or just fill it in as 'not telling'. Though, to be fair I think incognito is third gender , which is not an option anyway

  24. Well it's a hell of a lot more evidence than you provided. lol, telling people there uneducated and don't read enough doesn't even count as anecdotal evidence in my book. Anyway, I probably do have a good metabolism. But doesn't change the fact that once i hit 25 it was a constant struggled to stay under 70kg and then I became vegetarian and even now at 30 I seem to be able to eat what ever I want and average 58kg and never ever go above 61kg. So as far as I'm concerned my theory stands true because it works for me, unless you have anything else other than personal insults to prove me wrong of course? lol, I bet you won't be able to let me have the last word.

    What do you eat?

The problem you have neglected to consider is that naturally raised grass feed beef sourced locally is simply not a viable option for the majority of people. With population growth & meat consumption being what it is the only way they can sustain the industry is by factory farming. But like you have conceded factory farming is simply not sustainable. I’m not personally an extremist on these issues any more and am only really a vegetarian now because I believe it keeps me lean and plus eating meat simply because it taste nice seems illogical to me, kind of like shooting smack just because it would feel good. To be perfectly frank I just want to live out my life in peace and I really don’t care much about all the politics and such these days. But nevertheless, observing how us humans are producing meat and raping the ocean of fish like we are is seriously like watching a massive train collusion in slow motion.
