Just wonderin how long from pin to maturity in the Mex?

This second flush about 4 days, the 1st flush was about 2-3 days. These also look really different to the mexicans I had a few months back (pic attached). Im wondering if they could be a different strain? In the summer I couldn't keep the temp indoors under 25-26 but it was constant and more ambient humidity. At the moment the temp is constantly around 22-23 degrees and the room less humid. The way the veil breaks is totally different, the shrooms are smaller but more of them and the caps are much paler from before. Do you think they could be a different strain or can growing conditions affect them in this way fairly easily?

Great photo's...shame not many have viewed the shroom only pics

Some hericium,a pink oyster and a couple of shittake caps would make an interesting shoot though...I feel some rhizomorphic growth happening as I type
