These also look really different to the mexicans I had a few months back (pic attached). Im wondering if they could be a different strain? In the summer I couldn't keep the temp indoors under 25-26 but it was constant and more ambient humidity. At the moment the temp is constantly around 22-23 degrees and the room less humid. The way the veil breaks is totally different, the shrooms are smaller but more of them and the caps are much paler from before.
