Anodyne Posted June 6, 2003 botanico - why is it important where the sender comes from? As I understand it, the legality of the above-mentioned spores is dodgy in NSW. If you must specify a place of origin, perhaps you should pick a place where they are legal, so as not to get others into trouble.

Torsten Posted June 11, 2003 bit of a pointless (.) conversation don't really know what this was all about, but anyway, spores are not illegal to send within australia (except WA and tassie maybe).

Guest Botanico Posted June 12, 2003 Yea I have read both the former and latter in regards to legality. So I can't actuly form an opinion...well I can but I don't know how correct it would be. I apologise for the edited posts. [ 11. June 2003, 22:30: Message edited by: Botanico ]
spiders Posted June 18, 2003 Even weirder! Psilocybe Mexicanna is specifically a prohibited plant in New Zealand. Why they chose this one mushroom is beyond reason.
