Two shots were heard. There is a guy who lives close to me who has been working on a water powered generator for years. Building the thing from scratch no less. I've been over to see it, very impressive bit of machinery. The problem he's having is the thing goes so fast and makes so much power it rips itself apart. The longest he's ever been able to run it is about 4 days. All he needs is a real engineer to help him design some proper parts for it... then anyone with a stream could produce massive amounts of energy with his design. Apparently set a little different to normal turbines don't ask me about the specifics it was ages ago that I was reading about it.
