I'd say it's a cross between a PC Pachanoi and a Scopulicola..

yeap. looks both pachanoi and scopulicola.. looks like of the  scop X pachanoi Juuls  that came from seed that circulated in Nook a couple years ago..

 

it does't looke like superpedro / cordobensis IMO

This is a Scop relative. Probably Tr. crassicostatus, which is IMO most likely synonymous with the Super Pedro / Cordobensis. It definitely is some kind of scop....maybe even the same strain as the Super Pedro and Cordobensis.
