0 Jox Posted February 25, 2014 Nice looking plants magical9, I saw the photos of the nursery you got them from, man that is an awesome place, I wish I could go and visit a place like that. Sh*t you guys are good at identifying cacti!! As soon as I saw the second pic I thought it was Polaskia chichipe for sure. If you get time could you please point out how you worked out it was a Pachycereus, Thanks. Cheers Jox
0 Optimystic Posted February 25, 2014 I have some Pringleis and the spines are way more dense than that... on the other hand I now suspect the other cactus I have here without a label is perhaps a Pachcereus Pecten-Aboriginum which is ironic cause I was eyeballing some seeds earlier even tho im not gonna get em lol Im excited! I already posted the one here for ID before but there was not a tip available just a huge spiny log

0 Evil Genius Posted February 26, 2014 Yes absolutely right, Prier. It´s pecten-aboriginum. Sometimes switch them up.

0 prier Posted February 27, 2014 Yeah if it's really slow growing I reckon spinygator is right. The spines and wool are slightly different to cels
