Mines not doing to much at all, been copping a bit of wind. I'm going to rip up my extra pumpkin seedlings in front of Jimmy (my pumpkin) to scare him into growing.

Just starting to gets vines forming now...need some heat to get em cracking though.

Been keeping them going through the late frosts and the relentless rain we have been having.

Not far from the boom point I think.

Mine are in the ground now, still in the cloche.

Beginning to grow nicely.

A scoundrel of the mollusc variety launched a midnight raid and munched many of the leaves off the smaller of my two plants,

So its war.

I'm beginning with beer traps, however if those slugs and snails think they are gonna get an easy fight, they're dreaming.

I will get out the salt if I have to.

Big Vine but no space to grow it. lol The things probably already cost me 60 dollars in fertiliser and water but watching how fast it grows is awesome. Thirsty bugger too, will take 10 litres of juice a day to keep it upright already. Gonna cost me a fortune. lol

Nice work. My seeds are still sitting in their pots doing sfa, but then they've been exposed to the elements and its been pretty cold.

Where is the self proclaimed pumpking?

This one came from growit seeds off ebay. Was one of 20 seeds all were normal size except this seed which was the size of my thumb lol.

My daughter spotted it and claimed it as hers was the only "big" seed I planted that germinated. I hope it sets something just for seeds next year.
