mattookay Posted December 14, 2011 im looking for a plant that you can use as an MAOI that you can buy from bunnings.. anyone know of anything good? thanks
Khala Posted December 14, 2011 I doubt it, I'm pretty sure it is against Bunnings policy to sell psychoactive plants.
Marcel Posted December 14, 2011 Khala: They have plenty of Trichocereus spp, but yeah, other than passionfruit or something weak/disputed like that, I can't think of anything known that a mainstream nursery would have that you could tap into... And that's aside from the fact that it'd be illegal...
Bretloth Posted December 14, 2011 Could just buy a caapi for botanical purposes at the online shop this forum is apart of, was plenty left last I looked.
Khala Posted December 14, 2011 Marcel that's true, but I've never seen any of the classic psychoactive Trichs there ie. peruvianus and pachanoi, only scops etc.
ballzac Posted December 14, 2011 The one near me has a pach. They also sell plenty of inhalants, lol.

sapito Posted December 14, 2011 Patience is probably the best thing you can focus on at the moment IMHO A lot more joy and knowledge can be gained from growing plants from young to mature.
indigo264nm Posted December 14, 2011 (edited) I'd just personally buy P. harmala seeds to use whilst waiting for your caapi to grow to maturity. P. harmala seeds are often sold in specialist Afghan\Persian grocers and reasonably priced as well. Ask around for Aspand, Espand, or Esphand. indigo264nm Posted December 14, 2011 Not sure sorry.. though I imagine it would be cheaper from a Persian grocer even if they did.
