Heh, nah just vaguely reminds me with the accent. Actually I thought it wasn't going to be very good, cos I've heard some shoddy amateur raps out on the net, but I was impressed!

mtae its a laugh! I love that Devil's Lettuce mix you've done mate.

What are we gonna call this collaboration? Do you want me to chuck that on the EP as well?? I was gonna call the EP artist 'telemondo' which is actually incorrect spelling for telemundo (teleworld) and the EP ' We mean you no harm '. I had a cover made up which was pretty crap really, just some random images and a picture of me on the back. Lots of eye symbols as well.

"telemondo feat. 'something' is an option , but I dunno whether just two feats justify this. How many tracks did you indend to include? but we could also make up a title for the collab. Sure you can put this in the ep if you want anyway and you could put a feat. only in said songs in the track list

which software you use for multitracking?

I still use the ancient Abode's Audition {ex-Cooledit] and haven still messed with Ambleton

There are two ways as I see it.

Either we all know how to mix and we add sounds, mix and pass on

or one person does the mix, we start over from a point and people record tracks which they send to the person in charge of the mix for him to synchronise and mix with the main track. He will create a multi track song and in the end, he will do the final mix-mastering.

the quality of the resulting mix is probably going to be better the second way - one mixes the multitrack

Another idea is we could only put collaborated material on it. Most of the stuff I was going to include needs vocals or lyrics anyway and my voice is a shocker

Ableton Live. You start a track. "file" "collect all and save" then upload. the next person downloads adds their bit then repetes the process. You could keep this going for some time.

yeah I was thinking Live for some time, although I haven't used a sequencer proggie for some time. One guy used Live for beat manipulation on some keyboard-jamming-sessions we did, and as far as I know and hear it's pretty easy to get the hang of it.

I keep postponing installing it and trying it out

maybe if you kept these threads more alive we would seduce each other more easily
