Nah simple as,

I find the best method is get a chinese container or clear lunch box or something, lay cotton wool all over the bottom and make it wet but no soaked and sprinkle seeds on top and close lid, just sit them on a kitchen bench, not in direct sun but not in pitch black and you should get about 95%
