lofty86 Posted January 29, 2010 (edited) ive just started myself on a stack of 5htp, and L-Dopa (in the form of mucuna seed powder) ive been ordering the 5htp from vitalsupplements.com.au and the mucuna from medicine garden i cant seem to find an australian source that sells both, or one that even has a half decent range of nootropics at all. it seems all vendors ive come across stock only one or two products. can somone hook a brother up? it would be much more convenient to shop from the one place postage can get a little hefty, and id like to possibly explore more of the cognetive enhancers available on the autralian market any info would be muchly appreciated cheers Edited January 29, 2010 by lofty86
faustus Posted January 29, 2010 my understanding is that there's no vendor in australia? a while back i was looking at doing this, but if you want to sell a new supplement you need to submit all this paperwork to the TGA and it costs $100k+ per compound. maybe torsten knows more about this. try bulknutrition.com for piracetam, etc. another good one is www.biogenesis-antiaging.com + brahmi, which is one of the few compounds that has been empirically shown to be a memory enhancer in healthy people, can be bought from the supermarket. can't remember the brand but look for the brahmi-gingko complex with the green lid -- they use the same dose that was used in the studies. I have heard that restless leg syndrome is treated with piracetam? not in the medical sleep community, i don't think sleep specialists know anything about piracetam. ms contin and clonazepam are treatments fro RLS.
