Should not be, as they don't contain any illegal substances.

However if intent to cultivate can be proven then they may be.

Another one of those things that really needs a test case... who volunteers?

as far as I know, at least in WA, the whole "intention to cultivate" thing is complete hogwash. Am interested to know exactly on what basis in law "intention to cultivate" is instituted in Oz Law. I myself have never come across any legislation hinting at this.

I guess in WA you can have a bomb making manual, ammonium nitrate, 200L of diesel, pictures of the american consulate, and various islamic extremist propaganda videos without getting arrested either?

"Intent to..." has the same burden of proof as conspiracy cases and they exist in all states. It's just that they are not often pursued. I couldn't be bothered looking it up, but have a look in the state and federal criminal code.

Recieved my Court order today & NO mention of the Spore Prints at all, the Cannabis Butter was also left of my charges

So hears hopeing that they will not come to me further down the track!
