Hey people. Heading to japan in a week and I just realised that japan runs on 110 volts. 20 days without music via my iPod I think I will die. Anyone know where I can obtain a 240 v to 110 v converter in Melbourne? Or would it be a smart idea to just buy a Japanese iPod charger over there? Will that work? Cheers lads, Gen

Hey folks. Need your help. As a few of you know I started a business some while ago and to be honest I have let it stagnate some what :S lol One of the few things, besides messing with customs, left to do before I can start selling properly is getting a business logo. So here is the deal... I need your creative ability to come up with a logo for my bussines and in return I will direct deposit into your account OR post cheque you a cool $20 for your services. What I am looking for is a logo that is relatively simple, line drawing preferably, that I can use both on my site and on business cards (So it can't be ridiculously detailed and intricate), has to be mono-tone (One colour ), and has to have my business name incorporated. The business is kinda Psychobilly meets Metal selling band tee's, underground music, and brand such as Lucky 13 DirtyDevil etc. My original idea for a logo was based on a 1940's type tattoo, retro, which really suited the Punk/Psychobilly/Rock kinda thing. Also a possibility I guess. Problem I have had before. Some one suggested injecting sterile water into my jars but IMO that's a shit idea. If the gas exchange issue doesn't work itself out you could give that a go but as a very last resort. One way of checking moisture would be to quite visibly see droplets of water on the inside of the jar but if they ain't there doesn't mean your jars are dry. Just a rough guide kind of thing. Personally I would thank my lucky stars I got some colonisation with no contams then go ahead and bulk substrate that bessa I am an advocate of the bulk substrates, they are just so much fun. Obviously you are going for a big grow if you are using 1000ml jars, bulk will bump that up 10 fold Let us know how its all going and what you decide to do. Gen

Possibly a gas exchange problem. What are your breathing holes like for both jars? Similar? If you have no problems with 500 ml jars why don't you just give the 1000's the arse and stick with 500's? Gen

Hey kids, Just thought I would drill a warning in. Recently my mate came to me excited telling me he scored some magic mushrooms. "Yes?", I said, "And where did you pick these?". "Ohh no, I bought them!" "Well! Who'd you score them off?", I quizzed. He went on to tell me he came across them in a store and they were being sold as Faerie Pillows or some shite. Dried, shredded Amanita's. The instructions said you put the bag under your pillow whilst you sleep for enhanced dreams. The store assistant said differently, "Take a quarter of the bag and in an hour, if you don't feel anything, take another quarter". My mate told me he was saving them for a spare weekend. I caught up with him recently and asked him how his lil' weekend went. "Well I thought fuck it, I ate the whole bag in one go", was his response. He then went on to tell me that he didn't see any hallucinations or have any feelings of well being. No. He spent the whole night running from room to room in another mates house projectile vomiting on walls and carpet. He said it was one of the worst nights of his life and the next day he still had abdominal pains. "Sounds like Muscimol poisoning to me", I said. "Musca-wha?" He replied. The lesson is just because it is sold in stores and you think its safe doesn't mean it's not going to fuck you up. Luckly it it didn't do any damage that I know of... FUCK THAT, you know my opinion on vego-ism LSD, lol. Tired and failed, never to try again... Power to any one that can live an all veg lifestyle. I, myself, eat meat 4 or 5 times a day, some kind of animal product every meal and snack be it meat, eggs, milk or cheese. My ex was a veggo and I loved cooking veggo meals, not hard to make fresh produce shine and it can some times be a bit of a challenge. A mate of mine recently started chemo and doctors advised she become a Vegan. After some searching we found a few Vegan/Veggo recipe pages linked off the PETA website so maybe you wanna check that out. Some pretty nice sounding stuff. I was always of the opinion that if you can't kill it yourself then you shouldn't have some one else do it for you. I have no problems killing a sheep as long as it is used and not wasted, same applies for chickens, fish etc. Meat isn't bad for you, if you plan meals and cook things right meat can be AMAZINGLY good. A mate of mine has a really awsom opium pipe. His father bought it back from Afganistan when he was stationed over there a few years ago.
