Have noticed over the last few years that when I drink a moderate amount of alcohol ( 6 pack ) I get one or two pimples on the back of my neck the next day. Have done some cursory searches of medical literature but nothing comes up. Just wondering if the people here who are trained in complementary medicine can shed any light.

Its definitely not from touching the back of my neck. Although I have developed the habit of checking it out the next day to see if I over did the alcohol. I do often eat with alcohol but not conspicuously bad or greasy food. But it can happen without food if I drink even more beer. The thing that intrigues me the most about this is that it only happens to the back of my neck. I am sure this is some sort of warning sign but it is too subtle for me. I thought the people here who have studied complementary medicine could have told me what internal organ is associated with the back of the neck.

Use of psychedelics in Australian Aborignial cultures?
ramon replied to Korky's topic in Ethnobotany
Heard of this with some trees in tasmania which exude a sweet sap. The wait was to allow the sap to ferment. -
Great fish. was fishing with Dirty Old Man last week and he hooked a 1 metre + shark which eventually broke the line ( which I was happy about as we were fishing from a kayak at the time )

Sounds like paranoia to me. This can be very dangerous if it has progressed to the stage where to have identified a person as being a culprit. If you are regularly taking any illegal drugs stop immediately and see somebody about the paranoia. You are talking about murdering another Human being.

Truth about 666, the beast and the seal of beast
ramon replied to a topic in Creativity, Spirituality & Philosophy
My greater point I hoped to make more subtly was, that it is probably not wise to have such convictions about revelations when the is more then enough questionable material contained within revelations. -
Truth about 666, the beast and the seal of beast
ramon replied to a topic in Creativity, Spirituality & Philosophy
616 is the number of the beast. Have heard from a number of sources that 666 was a mistaken translation and 616 is the true number of the beast, which refered to a caesar. -
Might be a good idea if you edited the title of your post as I am sure that most members here would appreciate not having their name posted without their consent.

The toothache plant is supposed to be antiviral and antibiotic. I thought it was called spillanthes acmella ( or something similar but found it under the below link ) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acmella_oleracea

seems to me as do t, is being very tolerant. If I had to deal with the problems of late I would have just chosen to ban troublemakers a long time ago. Problems is that does being given extra chances don't appreciate that fact.

I wouldn't worry about schizophrenia. Olfactory hallucinations are rare. Auditory is by far the most common hallucination

brachychiton populneus: kurrajong seed prep
ramon replied to nil's topic in Australian Native Plants
Flaming the hairs is no doubt best. But many years ago I collected some Illawara Flame Tree pods and rubbed them in a bucket of water to get the irritating hairs off them. Roasted the seeds in hot oven until they started exploding and they were brilliant. I likened the level of tastiness to beer nuts at the time. -
Sounds good

That would be my fault. Planning on coming down Thrus and giving gom a lift but unfortunately debt dictated I work instead.
