Row 4 photo 3 = haworthia of some type maybe obtusa? Row 2 photo 3 = euphorbia ? Row 1 photo 1 is TBM as Alienteaparty said Row 1 photo 2 appears to be a monstrose trichocereus possibly pachanoi? Isis is trying to take these grapes actually so they can smash em with a sledgehammer and think they will upset the supplychain of crazy to the middle east.
