ncdecky
Found this advert last week and went and bought some magnificent plants and cuttings (was allowed to dig out the whole plant), and thought I should share with all the other San Pedro aficionados in Brisbane and surrounds. Pickup or delivery offered, $30 / metre. Advert here:http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/acacia-ridge/plants-pots/sanpedrocactis-cacti-over500mtrs4-unlimitedpups-healthy25-yrsest/1050417325I've never seen such a large group of pachanois before! Some of them are taller than the second story roof!!!The owner Steve sent me a recent picture of them flowering

zed240
It just looks like the predominant cultivar of Trichocereus Pachanoi that is very common in Australia from the gumtree pics.

Laila
If you look at that first pic nc decky posted - it's like that but along the entire front elevation of the house. It's fucking spectacular. He said he's just been taking cuttings and wacking em back in the same gardenfor years hence the length of the garden. He doesn't seem to mind giving the mother plant up and is interested in trade. Edited July 24, 2014 by Laila
