need polen for pachanoi brought from Peru

one of the pachanoi cuts I brought from Peru is all ready going to flower (it rooted over autumn and winter in the greenhouse) I discovered a micro ovary the other day... It would be awesome if someone could send (to Europe) fresh pollen (I dont think any of my other plants will flower). This is bona fide pachanoi...

If I could choose I would cross it with an other reputable Pachanoi

I wouldn't recommend it ...but a common spineless San P of mine, flowered last night (still closing)...............I collected some pollen to x with a cereus p.............that has also been flowering...........being self fertile I needed something to get fruit and seed from them......and nobody came through on a request for pollen locally so.............. the San p liked the cereus pollen .........not so sure if its working the other way.......1 fruit still holding on..............so let me know and I'll send over some cotted tips.............but it would be like mating my mutt with you pure bred ..........no idea if it would reach you in time from down under...........

You could try the cement dust tek and try to see if it will self.....

I discovered a micro ovary the other day

I for one would love to see a pic of a micro ovary.....

heres a pic just taken today of what i call a fuzz ball on an arboricola

So, take your pick, although I will say, from micro ovary fuzz ball to actual flower can be a several month process.

I received a cutting with some fuzz balls and was hoping it would continue flowering while I rooted it out but seems to have stalled... anyone had this happen before? and will it still try to flower when it begins growing again? I figured it probably just aborted trying to flower so I am stuck for a while :/

I've seen fuzz balls on actively growing (in the ground) tricho's take up to two+ years to go from fuzz ball to flower.

I've also seen unrooted 12" top cuts produce fuzz balls and continue on to full flowers.

djmattz- try stressing your cutting by putting it in full sun and no water, as I've seen that technique produce results.

I'll give it a try! I was hoping it would continue to flower as I have too seen 12" unrooted cuts flower but hopefully it'll do something~!

Here's that pic. Ball is growing and two others are starting to show. The plant is about a foot tall... Found it in a pile by the road near Cajabamba last August.
