IceCube Posted June 12, 2013 Hey guys - guess who is back ;) Basically each person gets 7 votes and 196 (slightly less now) votes are required for the question to win and be asked in the Australian Senate - so not that many people need to do it, and you can just log in using Facebook to avoid lengthy registration processes etc VOTE: http://oursay.org/s/4cs PRISM's drug law reform question is now in 2nd place with 409 votes. It needs another 196 votes (as I write) to get into the lead and make it to the Australian Senate. What a great opportunity this is, especially at a time when states like NSW are making backward decisions, supporting prohibition without any scientific evidence. Please go here to make your 7 votes count:http://oursay.org/s/4cs PEOPLE POWER !!!!

indigo264nm Posted June 12, 2013 Nothings fun if its legal. The chase is almost as good as the high sometimes. Not if you got a serious habit for something. The chase is fucked, and doing what you have to do to get high can be soul destroying, and doing time as a result is more fucked because when you get out you have nothing to go back to except previous life. Legalization is most important for these people.. it's the current drug law that fucks up their lives, not the drugs. I know you were messing around in that comment, so I'm not a complete douche, just wanting to give a serious perspective on it hehe.

Idon'tstudydinosaurs Posted June 13, 2013 ^haha. Yeah reminds me of when I used to drink at 16 y.o. It was dangerous and exciting, then when I turned 18 it was a bit like meh.
ThunderIdeal Posted June 13, 2013 i like the question. makes a good breif argument for evidence-based drug law reform http://oursay.org/s/4cs it appears to be the winning question at the moment but that could change and as always online voting is susceptible to tinkering from either side of the voting booth. get on this folks. using your facebook or gmail account (other options too) you are given seven votes and you can use them all on the same question, and that would be this question http://oursay.org/s/4cs
ThunderIdeal Posted June 13, 2013 all of the popular questions are about drug laws so unless there is a big push somewhere on another issue it looks like we get to hear why it's so important that we don't take a sensible approach to drugs.
