I will just remove the barb to reduce injury ( more of a challenge to land a fish ;) ). Might even bring a carp back as a pet....since we are not allowed to have koi in Vic' that will be the closest i get. PS.., dont worry, i wont put a downer on ya fishing .. I use to fish a bit and know the thrill of it all.Who knows, i might put you all to shame with my skills ,hehehe. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news Amz but any carp caught must be destroyed, it is also illegal to keep/hold live carp or return them to any water. I have a specialist appointment on the 27th plus uni starts back that week for me and I need to go first week this time as I found out last time that the 'no labs\tuts on 0 week' rule doesn't always apply for chem subjects with bitch lecturers. Also both people with cars I can hoodwink into a road trip would want to do spend a day or two detouring via Eden area on the way back for some useful plant material so no way I can do that unless it's the weekend before that. I look forward to fishing/ drinking and having a good time with the crew.
