Excellent work my friend!!!!

Peres sure does speed things along there is no doubt. Arios still seem to grow slow on the peres but i have only done the 2 grafts ( fiss and trig ) and the stock is in 63mm pots with a coir based medium, the lophs in the same conditions are growing fairly slow too come to think of it....... Time to pot them on i think.

How do your ario grafts compare to the others growth wise?

What do you use for a humidity dome and how long do you keep them in it for? I use a 2ltr soft drink bottle with the bottom cut off, this slots into a 100mm pvc end cap, i think its 100mm anyways. These mini humidity domes worked awesome as you can control each plants humidity etc

I have a heap of ario seedlings and peres ready to go, might head out to tha greenhouse and mangle a few plants.

Awesome stuff man, really nice grafts!

That alleged T. macrogonus is a strange looking Tricho. Really love the Ariocarpus grafts.

The Arios were alot slower to get going where as the lot of Lophophora and Turbinicarpus that were sown at the same time have long since been de-grafted.

yeah cut softdrink bottles are ideal with a little bit of water sprayed in the bottle to up the humidity, but i use what ever container i can get my hands on cos i dont drink softdrinks. I do get some strange looks when riding my pushy stopping to pick up empty bottles and stuffing them in my bag :P

I agree out of them all it was very different looking to the others and grew fatter, be interesting to see what it does in the future.

Yep from toby, grafted a couple ...this was the biggest one so far...

All the Ariocarpus were from seedsaustralia

These are some awesome grafts there , you got the 'hand' for sure mate!

I am thrilled to see the grafted Feros, I got lots of them in their own roots, only one flowering, and have been keen on trying to graft some from seedling when I some seed falls into my hands.

yup, they are very slow; even on pereskiopsis

I had the same growth rate as you and they never flowered. I lost one and the other i grafted it to a myrtillo and im hoping it flowers this season.

It's morphology changed after i grafted it to the myrtillo.

Freat grafts

very inspirational :)

It has a tiny patch of green on the bottom so i dont know yet if ill ever be able to have it on own roots... i have a few from the same batch of seed which were all more or less varigated... all my first varigated Trichocereii
