i don't want that t-shirt. also i've done some thinking, and i don't want to go extricating gonadal components even if they are a liability. unless the t-shirt has a REALLY funny slogan.

If I could sacrifice a limb for vastly increased brain-power... I'd probably sacrifice both arms for double vastly increased brain-power. And with that brain-power - I would sort humanity out. Put them back on the right path, etc. Nanotechnology and self-organizing intelligent systems would be two tools I can think of that I would need.

Interesting topic but like buying a lottery ticket and crossing one's fingers: wishful thinking at this point in time.

I'd trade the anxiety function for higher serotonin levels. Otherwise, I'd trade a certain amount of intelligence for physical health and longevity. There's happiness in simplicity; ignorance is bliss and knowledge can be a burden.

 

i would have to agree but then i would always have that "what if" going through my mind. if i was to lose, say, my dominant limb for an extraordinary mental gift as long as i got to choose the mental gift i would probably do it. telekinesis be would be nice to have.
