Finally some fruits

Question

The first fruit for me of the season has appeared.

It took a long time for the bruising to appear... a good hour if not more

I've noticed that they don't all necessarily bruise blue..in fact if picked gently in good condition and simply laid out to dry on paper they won't bruise at all....from my limited understanding you don't really want them to bruise blue as that is psilo oxidising...glad you finally found some... it's a buzz when you see a patch and kneel down and thank the mushroom gods for the fruits and pick them.
