Banisteriopsis caapi

(She is a very wise teacher and a representative of Mother-Gaia)

Trichocereus bridgesii v. monstrose

(Their ancient knowledge is stronger than that of other trichs and they have amazing growth patterns)

Tabernanthe iboga

(He will help cure the world of addictions, and His leaves are incredible!)

Lophophora williamsii

(Can anyone put into words why they are so drawn to these amazing little guys?)

Nicotiana rustica

(What a wonderfull plant! In no time, these beauties will have created a microclimate in your yard, be repelling insects with their pungent, nicotine-rich leaves, and providing you with leaves that are powerfull smudging-tools. And one needn't worry that they're usually annuals... cos they'll give you a million seeds in their place, all with scarily high germination rates)

Some nice choices there 4 sure

My climate and soil is a limiting factor so:

Trichos (cause they don't die and don't need water and very sculptural)

Acacia spp. (ditto + shade + food for birds)

Santalum spp. (quandong and sandalwood) (unusual, parasitic plants, used for incense and great bushfood)

Anadenanthera columbrina (testing hardiness atm, very special trees)

Auracaria bidwillii (cause tho climate is horrid i have space 4 these massive and beautiful trees!)

So many more of course I'd never want to like one over another so I just picked 5 out of many that I love to grow and many I would love to grow if I could!

Happy gardening!

well, since Teotz' choose SEVEN plants instead of five ... :innocent_n: i want to add Psilocybe mexicana and Salvia apiana on my "dream list"...but it is still way too short for a favorite plants list !

I even though fungi are not really plants, might as well add ergot & p.azurescens to my list too.

Not that i'd know what to do with the ergot, i still want some wonder at. :P
