Here are some trich cuttings I've acquired recently.

I brought this one home today, Number 4:
The arm they broke off from, notice the engraved initials!:
And a pup, all the pups on the parent were very knobbly, many of them much more so than this, they looked like fleshy pinecones:
Finally, a pic of the parent a few weeks ago, the tallest arm on the far right is the one I got, the arms labeled Number 4 are the branches:
This cactus is only about 8 years old, the biggest branches were massive, bigger than the biggest TJG logs I got a while back, it was also quite a bit bluer than it appears in this photo, and that knuthiznic knobbliness occurred wherever the arms bent, it looked cooool.
