theobromos Posted August 19, 2003 Fenugreek seeds are probably the cheapest way to achieve this affect, they contain phytoestrogens abundantly. Moroccan women have used roasted fenugreek for this purpose. However I have a friend who tried it (who some fetishists might consider needed it, but certainly didn't) and gave up after a while because she got very spotty. Excessive hormones mimic adolescence.
