t st tantra Posted May 10, 2003 hope ya had a good one! thanx for the interesting post, never realized i had so many hawkmoth attractors.i just thought the amazing brug fragrances attracted the moths, who may pollenate the flowers, then lay eggs ,which grow into inchworm type catterpillars and eat the shit out of my plants. then the peaceful gardener becomes hunter and killer.i assume theres always a few that get away. t s t . Tryptameanie Posted May 10, 2003 Anyone know what pollinates trich flowers in their natural environment? Moths? Beetles? Bats? Elves? Gnomes? Trytameanies?
Darklight Posted May 10, 2003 reville: Nearly its the 10th but youd know that now as you just passed out from Cointreau toxicity Did you go online after everyone went home/ passed out? Good on you, ya bloody stalwart... serves you right for having a big bottle of Cointreau lying around. Good night but, hey

buzzoodle Posted May 13, 2003 I don't get it. Hawkmoths have always seemed a likely polinator of star jasmine to me. But even in places with thousands of the little critters I've never found seedpods on the plant. Great info!
t st tantra Posted May 14, 2003 any idea what eats the seeds out of brug pods?at 3to4 metres.bats or maybe possums? t s t .
