charliewired Posted April 28, 2008 From conversations Ive had with Trout, he says apart from some interest here and a few other scattered requests that there is not enough interest to warrant a printing, This really saddens me as Id really like to acquire a copy,,, Tell your friends and please make a direct request to Trout through his web! This way the interest level will be more appearant to him and hopefully encourage him to have a printing done! This tome and the info it contains is priceless to me - I tried to find an original of the first book published and its IMPOSSIBLE to find - we need to get off our asses if we ever wanna see this published!
