Sativa species

Recommended Posts

I was wondering which areas of Australia would provide the best natural conditions for Sativa?

Ofcourse i am curious about the varieties of Sativa that are non-THC containing and used for manufacture.

I believe that it was wild hemp in the hunter valley.

It was hemp, but it was also plenty smokeable. Because it wasn't illegal until 1937 (?) the strains that they brought in in the 1800's were just ganja but used for hemp. Some of these escaped into the wild and established themselves until the 60's when everyone smoked the wild population until it was no more. As told to me by this 50 y/o man that i know.

Back to your original q though. They have started hemp trials here in bundy and I think there are some up at childers. And they grow a fair bit of "magic" hemp in gin gin and south kolan.

I did a little work with the hemp in bundy, they must stress them like all fuck because EVERY seedling that i planted was either male or hermy, none just female.
